Two roommates moved into this Atlanta 2-bedroom and immediately had problems. What does the floor plan predict?

About This Layout

Well-designed multi-bedroom apartments buffer sleeping rooms from each other using closets, bathrooms, or hallways positioned between bedroom walls. These buffer zones absorb sound and create meaningful acoustic separation between occupants. When two bedrooms share a direct wall with nothing between them, conversations, alarm clocks, and movement are fully audible from one room to the other. This layout flaw is particularly common in Atlanta suburban apartment complexes built quickly during the 1990s and 2000s.
